Is looking up words in a dictionary evidence-based, systematic, intentional, and explicit? The purpose of this session is to provide a clear understanding of how vocabulary can and should be taught with a focus on evidence-based methods that are systematic, intentional, and explicit across all grade levels and educational settings.
